We’re always looking to improve the Slingshot Portal and welcome feedback from our users. If you have an idea for a new feature or improvement, you can submit a feature request using the form below.

When to Submit a Feature Request
You can submit a feature request if you would like to see:
- A new capability or tool added to the platform
- An improvement to an existing feature
- Additional data sources or analytics
- Enhancements to workflows, dashboards, or visualizations
Feature requests help us prioritize updates that deliver the most value to our users.
What to Include in Your Request
When submitting a request, please provide as much detail as possible. Helpful information includes:
- A clear description of the feature
- The problem or workflow you are trying to solve
- Which tool or area of the portal the request relates to
- Any examples or screenshots that illustrate the need
This information helps our product team evaluate and prioritize requests.
What Happens After You Submit
Once your request is submitted:
- Our product team reviews the request.
- We evaluate how it fits within our roadmap and current development priorities.
- If additional information is needed, our team may follow up with you.
While we cannot guarantee that every request will be implemented, all feedback is reviewed and considered.
